Tel Aviv And Jaffa Tour

Tel Aviv-Jaffa is a busy metropolis, which amazes its visitors with diversity and uniqueness. Tel Aviv-Jaffa is the largest city in Israel with an affluent commercial center.

We will start with a walking tour of Jaffa, one of the oldest cities in Israel that has been inhabited for at least 4,000 years. We will visit Jaffa’s famous clock tower and learn about the Jaffa’s rich history whilst weaving between the artsy Zodiac alleyways, complete with their hidden arabesque architecture and wealth of regional charm.

Strolling through the narrow streets of the Old city, hunting for bargains at the antiques market and experiencing the spirit of the Middle Eastern culture is just a small taste of what we will experience. We will also visit the old Jaffa’s fishing port and reveal its historical importance to the region.

Continuing our walk, we will reach the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, established by the Jews in 1887. The Neve Tzedek neighborhood is a Tel-Aviv’s first neighborhood. Nowadays, it is a modern district, with a diverse variety of architectural styles, popular coffee shops and boutiques.

Our next stop is Rothschild Avenue, where we will visit the Independence Hall, where David Ben Gurion declared the State of Israel in May 1948. The Rothschild Boulevard is famous of its Bauhaus architecture buildings.

Moving onto the Nachalat Binyamin pedestrian mall, an art festival with diverse variety of performance, handmade crafts, handmade jewelry…

Reaching the Carmel Market a sensual delight awaits with the vibrant colors and smells. We will then drive around the main streets of Tel Aviv, passing the Habima Theater, Dizengoff Street, and Rabin square.

We will briefly visit Rabin’s square, the place of the assassination of Prime Minister Itzhak Rabin, which took place in November 1995.

Lastly, we will visit the Tel-Aviv University and the Jewish Diaspora museum, where we will explore the development of the Jewish History and the surrounding areas.
